This information is used to connect you with Passengers, provide customer support, improve Our Service, and ensure the safety and reliability of Our Platform. By using Our Service as a Driver, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
When You use Our Platform as Passenger, We collect certain information necessary for providing the Carpooling Service. This includes Your name, contact information, Trip details (such as pickup and drop-off locations and route), current location data (including GPS and WiFi data) from Your mobile device when RideUnity Platform is running in the foreground. This information is used to match You with Drivers, facilitate communication between You and the Driver, provide customer support, and improve Our Service. By using Our Service as Passenger, You consent to the collection, use, and processing of Your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
RideUnity does not rent, sell, or share information about you with third parties or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or Service you've requested. However, RideUnity may disclose your personal information in certain circumstances which are:

RideUnity utilizes services of third parties and might collect and share Users' information for the purposes of map service provision and identity verification provision.
RideUnity might share some of your personal data with a third party map provider for the purposes of getting the service required for example network positioning. In case this third party collects data of Users, the data is anonymized meaning that the information isn't apparent to which user it belongs for security purposes. However, this data might be stored for usage in case of legal proceedings or governmental orders. We review the policies of such third party to make sure they're in alignment with our Privacy Policy and that your information are being dealt with in a proper and secure way.
The Identity verification provider might collect and uses personal information of the users for the purposes of service provision which is identity verification and fraud prevention, these information are for example: name, contact information, demographic data, government documents, files uploaded by the User, device information, biometric data and geolocation data. The identity verification provider might need to collect, use and store your personal data which might be disclosed to ither third parties such as: background check providers, identity management providers or upon request by law. Your biometric data will be permanently destroyed upon completion of identity verification. Your personal data will not be sold, traded or leased.
